Hi. I'm Ula Robertson Nuemann chef and owner of At Your Service NY Catering located in Rockland County New York. Today, I will show you how to make a healthy chicken panini sandwich. And a lot of people like sandwiches but they don't like all the Mayonnaise dressing and the butter and stuff like this. So we will have a very healthy approach with chicken breast, some arugula, some pineapple and only one slice of cheese. Today we are going to use half a vegetable tortilla, some leafs of arugula, some pineapple chunks, a grilled chicken breast and some provolone cheese. So the first thing we are going to do, we arrange the arugula on one half of the tortilla, then we take the chicken breast and the pineapple chunks and the cheese. And then we fold over the other half, press it down and put the tortilla or the panini in the machine. So I put the panini in the machine and I press it down gently and let it cook for about five minutes. You might have noticed that I did not take any oil for the outside of the panini. But it's really not necessary. The tortilla is sturdy enough to withstand the grilling without sticking to the machine. After five minutes in the panini machine all the ingredients are hot and the cheese is nicely melted. And voila, here you have it, healthy chicken panini sandwich the ooh la la way.
