This video will show you how to make scalloped potatoes with heavy cream and cheese. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly in the sink and peel with a potato peeler then rinse again. Next, cut two to three potatoes into thin slices and add the slices to the baking dish. Add 1/4 cup of chopped onions and pour 1/3 cup of heavy cream into a pan. Add 1/4 cup of flour to a bowl and add one teaspoon of salt and pepper and two tablespoons of water, stir together well and add this mixture to the pan then whisk thoroughly. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and bake for 25 minutes at 425, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese. This is how to make scalloped potatoes with heavy cream and cheese.
