How to make light scalloped potatoes. Rinse the potatoes completely in the sink and peel with a potato peeler then rinse again. Cut two to three potatoes into thin slices and add them to a baking dish. Next, add 1/4 cup of chopped onions and pour 1 and 1/2 cups of skin milk into the pan, covering the potatoes. Now add 1/4 cup of flour to a bowl and 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 2 tablespoons of water and mix thoroughly. Add the mix to the milk in the pan and whisk thoroughly.
