Hello out there, it's your girl, Alex, and today I'm going to teach you the Texas waltz dance. Basically, the Texas waltz dance adds the regular box step for the waltz and just put a little flare to it. So we're going to start all the way over here so I can show you the whole move. So basically, you want to start off with a basic waltz step, that's the box step. So that's one, two, three, one, two, three. So that's your first step and then your next step will be on a diagonal, one, two, three, one, two, three. So basically, you want to keep that same one, two, three flow. So I'm going to start from the top one more time, five, six, seven, eight, one, two, three, one, two, three, diagonal, one, two, three, one, two, three. So you do that step four times, one, two, three, one, two, three and then you go into another box step, one, two, three, one, two, three. After that is another fun move. You'll be doing the same step one, two, three but now you are going to turn with it, one, two, three, one, two, three. So from there, it's the end of the sequence and you go back to the box step, one, two, three, one, two, three. And that my friends, is the Texas waltz.
