Hi, I'm Dr. LindaJoy Rose of Raw Fusion Living. Today, I'm going to show you how to make an avocado cream dressing. I love avocados they're such healthy fats for you and we're going to start out with two avocados. If you have a really large avocado, that would probably be enough. These were kind of small, so I'm just going to scoop them out and then we have the yogurt. I'm using Greek yogurt, about seven ounces and the Greek yogurt is so good for you. It's a very alkalizing dish too. And I'm going to add some apple cider vinegar, another very alkalizing thing, some celery seed, just put a few little pinches of that in here and we've got some fresh garlic. You can put in as, I've got just a clove in here if you really like garlic you can add another clove to that too. This is some fresh dill. It's going to really brighten up the flavors to this too. Dill mixes very well with any kind of a cream dressing and I have some sea salt too. I'm just going to put a couple little pinches of the sea salt and we're going to get this all started. You just want to get this creamy. Looks like it's creamy enough. Um, I can't wait to try this one and you can use this as a salad dressing or as a dip. You could even put a little water in it too or use a little bit more vinegar if you want to make it thinner for a salad dressing and I'm going to try it with crudites. Um, that is really good. I enjoy the dill a lot in that a lot too and you can even put a little bit of dill on that to decorate it up too. This is Dr. LindaJoy Rose, and this is an avocado cream dressing.
