So, today, we're making a yogurt, orange juice and apple smoothie. The nice thing about this smoothie is it's nice, clean, it's simple, only a few ingredients and you are on your way to having a smoothie that you enjoy. A couple of tips I have for making a smoothie like this. One, I like to keep juice boxes on hand. The nice thing about juice boxes, easy serving, one juice box goes in, you've got yourselves the right amount of liquid you need for your smoothie. So, keep juice boxes on hand, especially when they're on sale. The other thing is, I like to work with concentrated orange juice instead of orange juice. Now, if you have regular orange juice in your fridge, that's fine too; you can use that. You'll probably just want to add some ice or, like I like to do, add extra fruit. So, this smoothie calls for a cup of vanilla yogurt; I'm using an almond milk vanilla yogurt; a cup of fresh frozen pineapple, a juice box of apple juice and we're going to do a fourth of a cup of frozen OJ. And once your smoothie comes to a nice blended consistency, and it goes and enjoy. I'm Marisa Voorhees, The Food Sensitive Foodie; I hope you make sure your nourish, love and celebrate today.
