Hi, I'm Rosie Battista, and I'm sleeping naked after 40, but today I'm here on behalf of eHow.com to bring you an amazing warm avocado soup. Now avocados have a reputation for being a natural aphrodisiac so with this soup if you really want to heat things up, you can eat the soup hot but you can also if you want to cool things down, you can eat the soup cool. So what we're going to do is throw all the ingredients, all these nutrient-rich ingredients into this high powered blender and blend it all together. So it doesn't have to be complicated to eat healthy. So lots of times we get so stuck with thinking it has to be complicated and it does not. So I have here a big handful of raw baby spinach and I'm going to throw that into the mixer and then I have here a Granny Smith apple in which I removed the seeds. So I'm just going to stick that in. I'm going to put one cup of coconut water, one tablespoon of coconut oil, this deliciously amazing view and one avocado. Now we don't have to worry about really slicing the avocado because you're just going to stick it in there and it's going to get all mushed in and then separate it gently like that. So one side of course, nicely doesn't have the pith and the other side does. So we're going to take our knife, and we're going to just hit it right into the pith, gently twist and that comes out. So we're going to take our spoon because we don't care how we slice this now we're just going to scoop it out of the, scoop it right out of the avocado right into the blender. Since it's all going to get mixed together and the avocado you know when you add avocado to shakes it makes them so creamy, so delicious, awesome. So now we're going to just put our top on and we're going to blend this all together. Okay now we have this all blended together and it's a gorgeous gorgeous mint green color. Now we can heat this up on the stove or we can have it as a refreshing cold soup. So I'm just going to sample it right now as a refreshing cold soup and it's just so, you can see it's so, it looks like there is cream in here and there's not right? Oh my God, umm, that's amazing, absolutely amazing.
