Hi, I'm Chrisie Allemand coming to your from BB3 Personal Training Center in Weston, Florida. Today, I'm going to show you how to maker a low carb smoothie. Here's my recipe, I'm going to start with unsweetened almond milk it's only about 40 calories per cup, secondly I'm going to include some very tasty protein powder it's a 135 calories per scoop, and third, I'm going to use PB2, which is a like peanut butter. You add water to it, and it makes peanut butter, but I just put the powder right on in to my shake. So the whole shake is under 200 calories, and like I said it's really good.
