Hello, I'm Chef Jennifer Booker, the owner and executive chef of Your Resident Gourmet. Today I'm going to show you how to make egg salad in a food processor. You'll need boiled eggs, capers, yellow mustard, mayonnaise and chopped green onion. First, add your boiled eggs into your food processor. Just make sure you take the shell off, and pulse them. Next, you'll add your capers, your yellow mustard, your mayonnaise and pulse once again. Finally add a little bit of green onion, and give it the final pulse. Take your spatula and just go around the edges of your food processor bowl to make sure everything is well incorporated. Remove the blade, and transfer your egg salad to your serving bowl. I like to garnish with a little more chopped green onion.
