Hello. My name is Chef Jennifer Booker, the owner and executive chef of Your Resident Gourmet. Today, I'm going to show you how to make cream cheese and bacon deviled eggs. You'll need boiled eggs, softened cream cheese, cooked and chopped bacon, yellow mustard, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. The first thing you'll need to do is cut your boiled egg in half. Scoop out your yolk into a bowl, saving the whites to the side. Next, add your cream cheese, and mix with your egg yolks. I like to use a fork. Next, add your cooked and chopped bacon. A little of your yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise. Continue to mix until well incorporated. Add a little bit of sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Stir until well mixed. Once it's well combined, using a spoon, we'll put our cream cheese and bacon filling into our boiled egg whites.
