Hi, my name is Christina Gavenda at, and today we're going to talk about gadgets that can help babies sleep. There are tons of gadgets on the market; some of them helpful, some of them not helpful and a waste of money. You want to make sure that ask parents various ideas for what could help different personalities for different babies and save your money for when you know what might work best for your baby. In the meantime, there are some really easy things that you can try if you have a baby that has a hard time falling asleep. Something that a lot of parents have found helpful are CDs of calming music that you can play. There's also CD players that are specifically designed for nurseries that are a little bit cuter, but they do the same thing as a regular CD player. One of my favorite things for a fuzzy baby to help them sleep is a soft knit infant wrap carrier. These are to use, to use only the front and they're great for newborns because you can position their heads that there's no breathing obstruction and they won't move. They're comfortable, but you don't have to worry as much about possible breathing problems. These also are comfortable for older babies. I personally like mine for all the way up to the toddler stage. And if, if your baby enjoys their carrier, they will most likely fall asleep within minutes of being put in it. Another great gadget is an infant swing or vibrating seat. Infant swings come with a little strap that you can strap them in. A lot of babies don't like infant swings, but some babies love them and some babies are particularly fuzzy and the movement can really them fall asleep or be calmed down. They're really great for nap times when you're desperate. Thanks so much for watching. My name is Christina Gavenda and those are some gadgets to help your baby sleep.
