Now, both of those are very important when you are including them on your resume. You will want to be familiar with both of them. But, let's start off with job function. Job function is very important for the actual employee. Your job function is what tells you what you're responsible for. It tells you your job duties; it tells you the tasks that you are on a daily basis responsible for completing. So, your job functions are components of your job title. Now, what your job title is, your job title is the name or the category that your place within. A lot of times the job title is more important for human resources. It's more of a classification tool that is use to help the human resource function, keep all of the positions sorted out. So again, whenever you are thinking about your job function, you want to remember that your job function are the daily tasks that you have to do, the daily job components in the work that you are responsible for doing. And then, you want to remember that the job title is what houses all of the job function. So, job function for employee, job title is more for human resources and, and for classification tool. Have a wonderful day.
