Hello, I'm Charles Galbreath, workforce empowerment speaker and human resource professional. Today, I'm going to share with you some tips for how to evaluate the efficiency of jobs at work. Now when I think about efficiency the first thing that comes to mind is how well do you do the work that you have the privilege of doing. When we think about that we want to think about time frames. We want to think about the ending results. We want to think about the quality of the work that we are doing. So the first aspect of this would be time frames. When we think about our deadlines are we meeting the deadlines that we have set for the tasks that we have in front of us. And that can mean our individual time frames or it could also mean our time frames when working with a group. Many times one person has to pass an assignment onto another person. And we want to make sure that we offer people enough time. So evaluating efficiency has to do with how well we meet our deadlines. The next aspect of that would be how is the quality of our work. If there are some, some benchmarks that we can take a look at or if there are some reports that we can evaluate that showcase how well the quality of our work turns out. That can be very helpful in determining the efficiency of our work. And last would be how do people receive our work. Do people come back to us to have the task completed again? Do we have repeat customers? And again our customers can be external or internal. So do we have people coming back because the work that we are doing is good quality sound work. So when we think about the work that we do our efficiency is how well we work. So we want to make sure that when evaluating our efficiency we are thinking about all those components. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
