Hello, I'm Charles Galbreath, workforce empowerment speaker and human resource professional. Today, I want to share with you some group activities for job satisfaction. Now there isn't a lot of things that you can do with your day to day tasks. There are some people who have extremely fun jobs. But then there are a lot of people who have just day to day tasks. And what we want to do is we want to find ways to make our jobs more satisfying and more fulfilling. Something that you can do is you can start using your lunch time as somewhat of a half time. Using your lunch time as an opportunity to recharge, refuel, and re-energize. Now some of the things that groups have done within various employment agencies first of all they play cards on their lunch time. Now make sure you are making no bets. And make sure that's in line with the policy. But that can be a very, very fulfilling activity that can connect you with your coworkers. Some of the more traditional ways that people enjoy their jobs or in a group setting become more fulfilled they have carry in dinners, or they celebrate parties with food. And so some of the celebrations they have are birthdays celebrations of course. Celebrating major victories that the company has had. And personal victories that coworkers have had. Another activity that is new a lot of groups are coming together during lunch time to read books. They're starting their own book club. So that's something else that can be very enjoyable at work. Never underestimate the power of creativity as well. Everyday that you have a task put your own creative spin if you have that availability to do so. And that can help make your job more fulfilling as well. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
