Hi, this is Christina Farrell of themakeupblogger.com and today's question is, "What are the best beauty treatments for teenagers?" First of all, it's a great question because teenagers need to find the confidence with their beauty routine and also learning how to apply makeup really helps to give them the power to cover up acne or dark circles or any kind of inconsistencies in their skin that could be making them feel self-conscious. So, really basic and easy beauty routine is totally essential for anybody, any kind of teenager in your house. I have a few products that I like to recommend. First, stat with a really good skincare. Acne can be an issue for teenagers. So, a light moisturizing cream that has an oil-free tone to it is excellent. The one that I recommend to all of my teenage clients is Embryollise and this one is their hydrant, their orange moisturizer, because it is very light, so it's not going to clog the pores but it's still going to give them the moisturization that they need as their skin is changing and they're going through those hormonal issues. So, this is a really excellent, excellent way to keep their skin fresh without clogging those pores. The next is because they will be struggling with acne, I absolutely love to have a cleansing mask. I have Proactiv, makes the best one. It's called their Refining Mask and you can do it as a spot treatment or they can wear it all over their face while they're doing their homework and it really, really helps to combat those breakouts and to prevent future breakouts from happening. So, this is another essential. Now, when it comes down to makeup for your teenage daughter, you maybe wondering what's too much, what's not enough. I like to stick to the basics; a really nice either mineral foundation or tinted moisturizer, a soft kind of cream blush, mascara and a nice gloss. With these simple essentials, they can get really a nice fresh look, look revived, look pretty and once again, just enhance their confidence overall. Also, a good bronzer is always good to have on hand to just make them look healthy. It gives them a little bit of a glow that they can need especially when they're combating those late nights and exams. So once again, easy, simple tricks that can help your teenager find their beauty routine is very essential and and a great way to give them confidence. This is Christina Farrell of themakeupblogger.com and today's question was, the best beauty routine for teenagers.
