Hi, I'm Ernie Bray, I want to talk with you a moment about what is group health care coverage for the self-employed? Well, first of all, if you're self-employed, you really only have two options. The first one, is to buy an individual plan yourself, directly from an insurance company. Or, you can seek out a trade association, maybe the National Association for the Self-Employed. I saw on-line, Sam's Club offers options, or some of the trade associations. You might be able to pool your resources through a group plan such as that, and get more affordable coverage. Now, it won't be probably as cheap as a insurance plan through a regular company, but it won't cost you as much as COBRA. So, be sure to go out and investigate all the options that are out there. I know, as a self-employed person, it can be very tough. But if you do the research, check out these organizations, you might find something that could really benefit your situation. Hi, I'm Ernie Bray, and thanks for listening, I hope these tips help you in your business.
