Hi, my name is Steven Benedict. I'm a strength and conditioning coach and performance enhancement specialist. Today, we're going be talking about how to do Muller exercises. Muller exercises are derived from the 20th century fitness fanatic, J.P. Muller. He has come up with a system called the My System based on very dynamic movements, all body weight. So we're going to go through a couple of these movements about four from your trunk to your core to push-ups to a leg movement. So, let's get right into it. We're going to start with hip circles. You're going to go five to the left, five to the right and we're going to go right into our leg knee hugs. So we want to go right down into the floor into our tucked crunches and then finally we're going to finish off with some pushups with an extended kick. And those are some just a few basic movements from The Muller system, so if you want to know more, follow me over at or follow me on Twitter at Benedict_Steven, and I'll see you next time and remember, the best results you can get is to train like an athlete, train with an athlete.
