Hi, my name is Mathew Pierce. I'm a software engineer and today I'd like to talk with you about opening .PD3 files, .PD3 files can be one of two types of files, one is they could be an old data base file that Microsoft Windows used to keep track of thumbnails for pictures and paths and things like that, that was openable and viewable with the Microsoft digital imaging suite. Unfortunately Microsoft does not offer that digital imaging suite any more. But most likely what the file is, is a 3ds Max file associated with Autodesk's 3ds Max modeling and animation rendering tool. Now this tool is freely available on the internet. You can go to their website right here at Autodesk.com and you can get right down there and go into their 3d, download 3ds Max design trial so you can get the 3ds Max trial or some other tools you can get them as a free download. They'll give you 30 days to play with it and you can download it on your system, install it and view the files. Now this is a big download so it will take some time but it's very well worth it, it's a very good file to check out. So I recommend you check it out and once you do you'll have the tool up and running. You can just go over to the file open menu, you just maneuver through your directory system to wherever your .PD3 file is and bring it up and open it, you can edit it and do whatever you want with it, save it and do all that with the 3ds Max tool. So, I'm Mathew Pierce. Today we talked about opening .PD3 files. Thanks for watching.
