Hello. This is Andre Farnell, master trainer and Fitness Mindset Coach at betterbodyexpert.com. Today, what we'll be doing is a bench shrug. So, I'm going to perform an incline bench shrug. But it's going to be with dumbbells. And what this works is your rhomboids, which are the muscles in between your shoulder blades, as well as your traps and the rear delt. It's a very good exercise for the upper body, and to start it here I'm shrugging and down. So, I'm trying to bring both shoulder blades together and releasing, up and down, and release.
