Hi, my name is Alex Cecilio. I'm going to show you how to blur in illustrator. So, I'm going to start off by picking a shape and I'm going to actually pick the ellipse tool because it's got really crisp edges, and you'll be able to see when I've blurred it. So I'm going to pick a nice dark color. I'm going to hold down shift and draw my circle. And I'm actually going to make another circle on the inside. I'll make that circle white. OK, so what you can do is a number of different blurs, but I'd first recommend using your selection tool, select your entire shape, then go to effect and under Photoshop effects there's blur, so there's three different blur options. Gaussian blur is my personal favorite because it's a really nice fluid blur. I'll show you what I mean. Just a second. And with the Gaussian blur, to get it really, really blurry, you have to make the radius really high because otherwise you won't be able to see it all that well. And there you're got your Gaussian blur. My name is Alex and this is how you blur in Photoshop. Thank you.
