I'm Suzanne Reilley, online health and fitness coach. And I'm here at Firm Body Evolution Holistic Health and Fitness in West Hollywood. Today I'm going to talk to you about single joint exercises for anterior deltoid muscles. So the anterior deltoid is the front part of your shoulder. It's right here so the whole deltoid covers your shoulder here. The anterior deltoid is the front part. So in order to work that grab some five to seven pound weights. You'll be able to tell the right weight for you because you'll be able to lift it 10 to 12 times with correct form. No more then 10 to 12 times. So grab them in your hands. You are actually going to face them out. So your thumbs are up as you go. You are going to lift and lower. You are going to lift and lower. And just to get a little bit of a different range of motion move them a little bit to the front, and lift and lower. Same position and straight up, and lower.
