I'm Suzanne Reilley. I'm an online fitness coach. I'm here at Firm Body Evolution Holistic Health and Fitness in West Hollywood. Today, I'm going to talk to you about how to workout your shoulders with rubber rope. Rubber rope is great. It's really light. It's portable. You can take it wherever you go and when you know just a few exercises to work out your shoulders, you can get strong shapely toned muscles in a few weeks. So, take the rubber rope. It's important to have a bit of tension already in the rope when you start so that you're working your muscles through the whole range of motion. So start with the rope under your foot, and hold one end with your arm and then raise to the front like this, pause and then lower slowly back down. Now, raise out to the side, pause and then lower slowly back down. Do that for a count of ten to twelve for that set. On the next set, raise up to the side, keep your arm up as you come to the center, keep your abs really strong, move back out to the side, pause, back out to the front, pause and do that for ten to twelve repetitions.
