Hi, my name is Christina Gavenda, at Domesticfelicity.com, and today we're going to talk about how to clean and sterilize baby furniture. All you need to do this is a cleaning solution and then you can clean most furniture with the same solution. I prefer to make my own cleaning solution out of distilled white vinegar and water. If it's something that's pretty grimy you can throw some dish soap in there too. That way I know exactly what's going into the cleaning solution that I'm using and I don't have to worry about supposedly safe chemicals that are on the market today and spraying it on there and then your baby puts it in their mouth and it just gets kind of scary about what they're ingesting. A lot of baby furniture is similar to this where it has a fabric cover that's removable and you can throw it in with your regular wash and you could either choose to use a very small amount of bleach that won't harm the fabric or you could just use vinegar in your wash to sterilize it. And then with the actual plastic furniture, you can just spray it down with your cleaning solution, wipe it dry and you're all done. There are various disinfecting wipes that you could use. I prefer just to use my own though. Thanks for watching. My name is Christina Gavenda and that's how you sanitize baby furniture.
