Hi, I'm chef Andi, best selling author of The Fruits and Greens Diet. I'm going to show you how to make a healthy strawberry, peach and banana smoothie. You'll need a good blender, about a cup of frozen strawberries, two fresh peaches or about 2 cups of frozen sliced peaches, a nice ripe banana and about a cup of almond milk. Start by adding the almond milk to your blender. About a cup there. There you go. In come the frozen peaches, or fresh peaches if that's what you choose to use, and they're on hand. Some frozen strawberries. And here's my banana. Put the lid on your blender and blend for about a minute. If the fruit is too frozen, go ahead and shake it up in your blender. Sometimes you might need to add a little extra liquid to get it to blend, and blend again. That looks good. When it's finished blending, go ahead and remove the lid, pour, and enjoy.
