Hi, I'm Chef Andi, bestselling author of The Fruits and Greens Diet. Today, I'm going to show you how to make a non dairy strawberry banana smoothie. You'll need about a cup of frozen strawberries, a few bananas, and some apple juice. Don't forget, you'll also need a good blender. Go ahead and open up your blender, start with some frozen strawberries. I'd say two to three bananas because I'm using fresh ones. And depending on how banana-y you like your smoothie, you can use two or three. If you're using fresh bananas, you need less liquid, frozen bananas I'd suggest using a little extra liquid. I have some apple juice in here and I'm going to put in about three quarters of a cup. Let's close it up and blend for about 30 seconds to a minute. Once your smoothie has finished blending, remove the top of the blender, pour in a glass, and enjoy. I'm Chef Andi, and that's how you make a non dairy strawberry banana smoothie.
