Hi, I'm Sabrina Moxie with Body Lingo. We're here at Body Lingo Dance Fitness Studio in South Pasadena, California. Today, I'm going to show you some dance variations on my favorite song, "Move, Shake and Drop". Now there's no precise formula to this song. The most important things are that you move, shake and drop, simple enough right? So there can be some style variations on the way that you choose to do this dance so that it fits your personality. Also, I think environment is a really big factor to how you might choose to dance. For example, if you are in front of a big group, feeling kind of shy, you might not choose to go full out but you can still move, shake and drop. So you can keep it simple, keep it nice and formal, keep your moves really small. Move, shake and drop. Now if you're at a club and feeling a little bit more free to dance with your friends, you might want to turn it up a notch in which case you might choose to move, shake and drop, again, you can always mix it up with whatever you're feeling at the time. If you want to move, shake and drop, works just a swell. Lastly, if you're out with the girlfriends, you're having one heck of a time, you're just feeling free as a bird, you might choose to move, shake and drop. Now this last one is really all about the attitude. Everyone knows that confidence sells. So go with it, have fun, don't judge yourself and don't judge your body. Allow yourself to be free with it.
