Hi, I'm Susan McLennan from Babble On Communications, and today I want to talk to you a little bit about national hiring day PR ideas. The first thing you really want to do is target the ideal worker that you want. You want to ensure that you are reaching the right people and to do that there are a few good ways to really ensure that you're doing that as opposed to just going kind of broad shot. If you go broad shot, you might end up actually having a bit of a PR backlash by pulling too many people who aren't right for the job and then you'll have a higher turnover and then it won't be cost efficient. So make sure that your website is key worded or the page on your website that you're going to create for this, make sure it's key worded to really attract the right kind of person and you can enlist your existing employees. They are a great resource for you. Video is a fabulous tool for doing that. Interview them about the experience and the culture of where you are working and also a little bit about what the job is like so that people have a very clear understanding of what they are coming into. You can also reach out by media advisory to appropriate media outlets, that's a good way of doing it too and if reasonable or if the right demographic you can also use social media, but I think your strongest bet is co-creating your material with your existing employees. It gives everybody a really good understanding of what it is that you're looking for and you'll end up with a great caliber of worker. I'm Susan McLennan from Babble On Communications. Thanks very much for watching.
