Hi, I'm Max Tucci, celebrity chef and lifestyle expert. Today, I'm going to show you how to do cubed potatoes in olive oil and garlic. We're going to have the oven going at 375 because we're roasting these. We need some Parmigiano. We need some delicious oregano. We need some garlic, some potatoes, some olive oil. We're going to put this in an oven safe dish. We're going to cube these potatoes right into the dish and then what we're going to do after is add some garlic, some oregano, some Parmigiano and some olive oil. We have those potatoes in the oven roasting at 375 for about 45 minutes. What I did was in between the time I added some balsamic vinegar to them. I just like that flavor with the potatoes and the olive oil and the garlic. And now what we're going to do is we're going to add some Parmigiano cheese to these, a little bit more oregano and a little bit more olive oil just in case they dried out while they were cooking. We're going to mix this all together. You can hear that sizzle from the dish, be careful, it's very hot. And that's cubed potatoes and olive oil and garlic. I'm Max Tucci and thanks for watching.
