Hi, I'm Max Tucci, celebrity chef and lifestyle expert. Today, I'm going to show you how to heat up already cooked pasta. No more microwaves in my kitchen. What I love to do is what my mother taught me and what we're going to need is some butter, olive oil, Parmigiano, salt and oregano and that already cooked pasta. Get your pan ready, put it on medium heat, okay? Now if you want to do this with the noodles with the rigatoni, with the bow tie, whatever, spaghetti, it's really the only way I think to do it and what we're going to do is we're going to add the butter right into the pan, get that together, we're going to add some olive oil. I like to make that butter and olive oil flavored so we're going to add some oregano, a little bit of Parmigiano, a pinch of salt, get that all together, let it heat up. And we're going to take that already cooked pasta and we're going to add it right into the pan. Drop it right into the pan. It's going to sizzle. It might fry a little. I'll give it a crunchy little bite but honestly it's really the only way to heat up pasta. And you can hear that sizzle coming. Stir it together and that's how I heat up already cooked pasta. I'm Max Tucci, thanks for watching and Buon Appetito.
