Hi, I'm Max Tucci, celebrity chef and lifestyle expert. Today, I'm going to show you how to make pasta in garlic butter with artichokes and peppers. What we're going to need is some butter, some garlic, some artichoke, some roasted peppers, some salt, some oregano and our pasta that was already made. Now our pasta, what you're going to do is read the box to see how long it has to cook, get that prepared, get your pan ready on a medium heat. We're going to add in that butter and then we're going to coat the pan with the butter. This is a wonderful dish by the way. We're going to add some garlic, so cut it in half, drop it right in that pan. Oh the smell of this is delicious. We're going to add some more garlic. We have those artichokes and now this is a very simple way to do it because they're already jarred artichokes. So we're going to take those, we're going to put those right into the pan, let that oil get in there as well because it's a very tasty oil and has some seasonings as well. Get those artichokes in there. This is a very easy way to cook because all you have to do is throw this out when you're done, add that all together. Get some of those roasted jarred peppers, throw those in as well and remember, get that oil in there. It's a great flavor, don't waste it. Okay, we're going to mix this up. I'm going to add in a little bit of oregano on top, sprinkle it on a pinch or two, put that heat up a little bit, stir this together. The smells of the artichokes and the peppers cooking together with the butter and the garlic is divine, it feels like you're really in Italy. Oh, alright, and now what we're going to do is when this gets a little bit warmer, we're going to throw that right on top of our pasta. We're going to add this right on top of our pasta.
