Hello, I'm Darryle Brown from Brownconsulting.org. Today, I will give you tips on how to conduct yourself at a group interview. Group interviews are similar to panel interview with the difference being either a more casual or a professional setting. The group interview is used for teams to make a group assessment of a potential candidate. Here are some tips on how to conduct yourself at a group interview. Tip number one, even in a casual setting, relax but maintain a professional demeanor in conversations, actions and attitude, like a social mixer, it is important to remember you are still in an interview mode. Tip number two, unless instructed otherwise, go for conservative, professional attire because you can always dress down but it's difficult to dress up if you are unprepared. Tip number three, make an effort to engage each member of the group, seeking to get to know them just as they are getting to know you. I'm Darryle Brown from Brownconsulting.org and these are tips on how to conduct yourself at a group interview. Thank you for watching.
