Hi, I’m Marissa Vicario, founder of Marissa's Well-being and Health, and the creator of The Total Reset Healthy Eating Plan. Apples make a wonderfully sweet addition to a salad of bitter greens and lettuces. Today, I’m going to be making a leafy green salad with apples. To start, we’ll need one cup of spinach, one cup of radicchio, half a cup of alfalfa sprouts, one granny smith apple – sliced, and a fourth of a cup of toasted pumpkin seeds. Toss this all together. Next, we’re going to start on our salad dressing. We’ll need two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, one heaping tablespoon of Dijon mustard, one clove of garlic – minced, and some sea salt, and black pepper to taste. Going to whisk all of this together in a small bowl, and then drizzle our salad dressing over the salad. Finish it up by tossing everything together once again, and serve it in a large salad bowl. And, there is your leafy green salad with apples. My name is Marissa Vicario. I’m the founder of founder of Marissa's Well-being and Health, and the creator of The Total Reset Healthy Eating Plan.
