Hello, my name is Marissa Vicario. I’m the founder of Marissa's Well-being and Health, and the creator of The Total Reset Healthy Eating Plan. You may have noticed that after you cut apples, they turn brown. That’s because, when the air gets to them, it begins to oxidize the apples. On really simple way to keep the apples from turning brown after you cut and peel them is to dip them in a mixture of lemon juice and water. If you have some Vitamin C, you can add that to the water also, but it’s completely unnecessary. Then, after you’ve cut your apples, you just want to bathe them in this mixture. And then, you can continue using them as you had planned. I’m Marissa Vicario, founder of Marissa's Well-being and Health, and the creator of The Total Reset Healthy Eating Plan.
