Hi, I'm Marissa Vicario, founder of Marissa's Well-being and Health and the creator of the total reset plan. Today, I'm going to show you how to cut apples for drinks, but before we get started I'm also going to show you how to make a better for you sour apple martini and then we're going to garnish it with fresh apples. So let's get started. So we're going to start out with some ice in our martini shaker. I'm going to add two ounces of vodka, then I'm going to add about a half a cup of freshly juiced Granny Smith apple, a squeeze of lime, a splash of club soda and then we're going to give it all a good shake. Pour it into our glasses and now I'm going to cut the apple slices to garnish the drinks. So just cut your apple in half and then cut it into quarters and then you just thinly slice a piece of apple. Then I'm going to make a small diagonal slit in each apple slice. Now I'm going to bathe each slice in a mixture of lemon juice and water to prevent browning. I'm going to place each apple slice on the edge of the glass and that's how to cut apples for drinks. I'm Marissa Vicario, founder of Marrissa's Well-being and Health and creator of The Total Reset Plan, cheers.
