Chef Lance Corralez with Cooking with Corralez. I'm here to teach you how to do sugared corn. This is a great dish to accompany pork, ribs, barbecue chicken, stewed meats. It's a great dish. What you are going to need first is you are going to need two tablespoons of brown sugar. Some agave, if you can't get agave at your local specialty store you can use honey also. Spoon that out very nicely. Then I have here Spanish spicy smoked paprika from Spain. This dish is great. These you can buy online and you can also find in your local specialty grocery store if you have one in your area. This is a great dish because you can taste the corn can be almost a smoky flavor. Very good, very light, delicious. Just goes bang in your mouth. Then we also have a tablespoon of fresh thyme. Then we have a pinch of salt, a couple turns of fresh cracked pepper. And then we are going to mix this up. Look at that, doesn't that look good. It's almost like a little coat. Then what we have here is I sauteed some corn. Took it off the ears of the cob and we sauteed it up. I'm going to add this to the dish. I place this in the bowl. Then what I'm doing look at that. Look at how this ingredients just coat.
