Hello I'm Chef Jennifer Booker, the owner and executive chef of Your Resident Gourmet. Today I'm going to show you how to make an Asian vegetable dip. Here are our ingredients, fat free sour cream, minced ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil, Sriracha or chili paste for a little heat, minced garlic, about two cloves, shredded carrots, broccoli, cabbage and green onion and chopped celery and onion. So, all we're going to do is combine all of our ingredients. First things first we'll add our ginger, our soy sauce and sesame oil and our Sriracha. Depending on how spicy you like it you can add more or less of the chili oil. We'll stir to combine, add our garlic, our shredded vegetables and green onion and finally our chopped celery and onion. Stir until well combined and serve chilled. This dip can be served hot or cold. If you want to heat it up, place it in an oven proof container, bake at 350 for about 20 minutes and serve with crackers or toasted bread. If you're serving it cold, it goes great with fresh chopped vegetables, crackers or chips. And there you have it.
