Hi I'm Linda Harrell with Cibo E. Beve Restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia, the chef and co-owner, and today I'm going to make white balsamic vinaigrette. It's very simple. I have honey, some cracked black pepper, salt and white balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. What I'm going to do I'm going to start with the white balsamic, I'm going to put it in the bowl. Then I'm going to add the honey, just add whatever you like depending on how sweet you want the vinaigrette to be or what you are serving it with, put some salt, with pepper and then just mix it up. You want to mix it up until all of the honey is mixed up in vinegar and then we're going to take the extra virgin olive oil and we're going to slowly add it in and blend it until it's emulsified. I love vinegar so I put a little bit less olive oil in mine, but some people if you like less acidity, add more olive oil or less vinegar, either way. Okay, there we go. It's a delicious light vinaigrette. It's great in the Summertime on arugula salad or on mixed baby field greens. And there you have it, white balsamic vinaigrette.
