Hi I'm Terri Henry, founder of Typically I'm marketing restaurants but today I'm in the kitchen. I'm going to show you how to make a delicious brunch casserole that will blow your family away and blow your friends away. So easy too. We're going to start with two cans of crescent rolls, a pound of breakfast sausage that's been cooked and drained. We've got eight ounces of softened cream cheese, a cup and a half of cheddar cheese and six eggs lightly beaten. I've already jumped the gun a little bit, I've rolled out one of the cans of crescent rolls in a 9 X 13 inch pan and baked it for ten minutes. The next thing we're going to do is we're going to take the breakfast sausage and we are going to mix it into the softened cream cheese, so nicely mixed. And then what we're going to do is we're going to just kind of dollop this mixture onto the par baked crust, just put it like little scoops at a time, we'll spread those out and then just kind of spread it out with your hands so it's evenly distributed across the par baked crust, there we go. Okay the next thing we're going to do is we're going to take six eggs that have been lightly beaten and we're going to pour those right on top and then we're going to take a cup and a half of shredded cheddar cheese and just sprinkle that evenly over the top of the casserole. It's so easy. Okay and then lastly, we're going to take that second roll of crescent rolls and we're going to gently lay this on top of the casserole and the pan is still hot so we're going to pop this right back into the oven. We're baking the casserole at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes, until it's nicely golden brown on top. And then, we've got the finished product, a delicious brunch casserole, all your friends are going to rave about. And of course you have to have it with a glass of champagne. Cheers. This is Terri Henry with Terri Henry Marketing. Thanks for cooking with me today.
