Hi, I'm Terri Henry, Founder of TerriHenryMarketing.com. Typically, I'm marketing restaurants, but today, I'm the one in the kitchen and I'm going to show you how to make a delicious roasted crab meat dip with jalapenos. Delicious. We're going to start with one pound of lump crab meat and you need to pick this over to make sure that you've got all the shells and the crud leached out. We're going to add a tablespoon of garlic, half a cup of chopped pickled jalapenos, a cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese, couple of dashes of hot sauces, as hot as you like it, couple of dashes of Worcestershire, little pinch of salt, half a cup of mayo and half a cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. So easy and just mix this up; hmm, I can smell the fresh crab, yummy. And then, we're going to pour it into a prepared pan, greased pan or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, whatever you prefer. Spread it out evenly. Then, we're going to pop this into oven, 350 degrees for 25 minutes or so, but until it's bubbly, it might be lightly brown on the top. And here we have our finished oven roasted crab meat with jalapeno. And what I've done is taken some French baguettes, slice them up, brush them with a little olive oil and, and toasted them in the oven. So, the perfect complement of flavors. This is Terri Henry, Founder of TerriHenryMarketing.com. Thanks for cooking with me today.
