Hi I'm Terri Henry, founder of Terrihenrymarketing.com. Typically I'm marketing restaurants but today I'm in the kitchen. I'm going to show you today how to make a savory monkey bread. Most monkey breads you think of are sweet, this one is savory, goes great with dinner, the kids love it, it's fun. We're going to start with three cans of buttermilk biscuits that you can buy at any grocery store. They are cans of eight each. We've got a cup of Parmesan cheese which we are going to sprinkle, I don't know, a couple of pinches of pepper into. We've got two cups of mozzarella cheese shredded. We've got a half a cup of scallions, a half a cup of melted butter and a tablespoon of garlic. So the first thing we're going to do is open these and if anybody has ever opened these they know just how much fun it can be. You want to pull those all out on the cutting board, okay, what we're going to do now is we're going to take the biscuits, the three cans of biscuits and we're going to cut them in quarters, very easily. They cut very easily with a knife but you need to, you can, cut a couple at a time but make sure you separate them and we're going to put them in the Parmesan and pepper mixture, okay, and you want to kind of toss them with the cheese and pepper a little bit. Then we've got a prepared Bundt pan here, greased, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray whatever you prefer and we're just going to simply start dropping the pieces of biscuits into the pan. Okay we're about halfway through the biscuits so now we're going to want to add about a half a cup of chopped scallions, just give that monkey bread a little bit more of a grown up flavor and then a cup, so about half of this of the mozzarella cheese and just spread it around. And then we want to go back to quartering our biscuits and finishing that up. And so you're just layering on top of the mozzarella cheese layer at this point, finish this off. It pretty much fills the Bundt pan, like I said any remaining cheese right on top and then you're going to have the rest, another cup of your shredded mozzarella cheese right on top, evenly distribute that and then before it goes into the oven we've got a half a cup of melted butter. We have a tablespoon of minced garlic, stir that up and we're going to gently pour it all over the biscuit pieces in the Bundt pan.
