Hi this is Angela with Askangelakelly.com. Are you wondering what disguised advertising is? If you were recently on line you probably came across disguised advertising and was completely unaware of it but likely when you did come across it, you weren't sure how you got to the place where you were. So if you are searching and the next thing you know you click on a link and it takes you to another page that appears to be a sales page or merchandize page or a membership site that you did not want to be on, that's exactly what disguised advertising is. Sometimes it takes the place and it looks like content, it looks like a navigation and sometimes graphic. The purpose of disguised advertising is to get the searcher's attention and to get the searcher's click. So in the future if you are on a web page and disguised advertising comes up, maybe there's a pop up box, you can click cancel or you can go back in your internet browser once you realize that you're on a page that you did not want to be on. So I hope those tips gave you some more information about disguised advertising and how to recognize it. Again this is Angela. Thanks for watching.
