Hi, my name is Chris Henry. I'm the Founder of Today, we're going to make authentic Italian toast. It's called fetta unta in Italian and what that means is basically greased or oily slice. And in November in Italy is the first pressing of the olives. And so, they really use this Italian, authentic Italian toast to celebrate the newly pressed olive oil. So, what we're going to do is we're going to take a toasted piece of bread; I've toasted this on both sides and we're going to cut a piece of garlic. We're going to cut this each time because each time you cut the garlic, you can see it releases a lot of oils. So, we're going to rub the bread with garlic and I'll rub another one and the toast has to be warmed so it really absorbs the garlic. So, we're going to rub that, I'll rub down here the little garlic. Here we go. I'm going to go, go ahead and cut it again, get some more oils out of it. Okay. Here we go. And let's cut another one again. Here we go, I don't want flying. Okay. We're going to rub all the bread with the garlic, here we are. And now, we're going to go with a really good olive oil, really fruity olive oil and you're going to drizzle this, brush this on each side of the bread and this'll just be very simple, but very tasty. And that's why you want to use the best ingredients you can have. You can find the best olive oil and then a really fine sea salt, a coarse sea salt that are very good quality sea salt. And there you have it, authentic Italian toast.
