Hello, I am Vince Rogers with Vince Rogers and Associates, and we're going to talk about how using a project management information system can give you a competitive advantage. A project management information system takes all the guesswork out of completing a project by giving you an automated system that allows you to keep track of all your costs and deliverables of a project. Before your organization purchases a project management system, there's some essential things you need to consider. First and most importantly is the training of your employees to use the system as well as whether it's cost effective to purchase this system and whether it's possible to integrate the project management information system with your other existing systems. Purchasing a project management information system that doesn't integrate with your existing systems can be catastrophic. Lastly, you need to consider the cost effectiveness of training the employees who will be working on the system. I'm Vince Rogers, and that's how using a project management information system can give your organization a competitive advantage.
