Hi, I'm Anne Shaeffer with Sulpice Chocolat. Today, I'm going to show you how to make chocolate fondue. The first step in making this chocolate fondue is you're just going to want to take eight ounces or one cup of heavy whipping cream and put it in a pan to start to heat it up, make it nice and warm, but you don't want to bring it to a boil because too much of the liquid is going to evaporate. Now that the cream is warmed up I'm just going to go ahead and add eight ounces of dark chocolate. And then just stir it around a bit. It is going to melt and it is all going to come together but it looks a little bit like a mess at first. Don't worry that's normal. As you can see now, it's really starting to come together. There's only a little, all the chocolate is melted and the little pieces and the cream are really starting to incorporate. This is what you want to see. So after you're finished making the chocolate fondue, just go ahead and take it off the stove and put it inside a fondue pot. I'm Anne Shaeffer with Sulpice Chocolat, thanks so much for watching.
