Hi, I'm Kerianne Mellott from MarketingMakesMeSmile.com. I'm a marketing coach and a social media expert. Have you ever been invited to a Facebook event? I don't know about you, but for me, I've been invited to plenty over the years, and most of them have been boring. In this video, I'm going to share with you some tips to make your event fun and exciting so that everyone who looks at them that's been invited is going to click yes I'm going. The first tip is to create a catchy title. This is the first thing that people will be notified by on Facebook. So you want to make sure that it's something engaging and catchy to get their attention. The second tip is to create event descriptions by using fun and descriptive language. Write a few paragraphs in the event description section that let people know what to expect at your event. Instead of you're invited to my event, say you do not want to miss the party of the century, do you? Use that space available to write all of the fun details. Tip number three. Use the wall of your Facebook event page to communicate with the people you have invited and those who are coming and those who might need a little extra budge to actually click the yes I'm going button. The wall is great because you can also tip number four, post pictures. That's right, make the pictures fun and interesting to look at. The Facebook wall on your event page is used for you and the potential guests of your event to communicate and share information about what they can expect at your event. Have fun with this. Make is creative and make sure you get their attention so that you can create a hilarious Facebook event and have people click yes I'm going on your RSVP button. I'm Kerianne Mellott from MarketingMakesMeSmile.com, and I'll see you again somewhere online.
