Hi I am Holly Mosier and I'm the author of Stress Less Weigh Less. Today I'm going to show you how to make a blueberry and cottage cheese recipe, which is super easy. This is one of the recipes from my book. I call it my cottage cheese berry delight. I've already premeasured a cup of two percent, low fat cottage cheese. Now I always use the two percent as opposed to non fat because to me, the nonfat is tasteless and not as satisfying at all. This is still low calorie. Now the trick is you want to add a couple of packages of low calorie or no calorie sweetener to your cottage cheese. This really flavors it up. So I'm going to stir this in here and then put it in my bowl. Now we're ready to add our blueberries. And I use a half cup blueberries, which I've premeasured here. So just pour those around the top and then you're going to finish with a dash of cinnamon. I know it might sound a little bit strange, but boy does it taste good. And there you have it. A blueberry cottage cheese recipe.
