Hi, I'm Holly Mosier and I'm the author of Stress Less, Weigh Less. Today, I'm going to show you a super easy cantaloupe and cottage cheese recipe. So I started by cutting a cantaloupe in half and all I did was take a spoon and scoop out the seeds. Now we're going to place this in a bowl and then I have premeasured out a cup of low fat cottage cheese. I like the two percent, not the nonfat, because the nonfat tends to be a little bit tasteless. But this is still low calorie. Oh the key to making this taste really good. Before you add it, add a couple of packages of low calorie or no calorie sweetener. Stir that all together. And then, well first we'll take the paper out. And then we're going to put this right into the middle of the cantaloupe. To finish it, we're just going to sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon across the top. It looks exotic, it tastes wonderful. And there you have it. A cantaloupe and cottage cheese recipe.
