Hi, I'm Holly Mosier and I'm the author of Stress Less, Weight Less" and today I'm going to show you some healthy protein packed breakfast ideas. We're going to do three recipes from my book. These are so quick and easy you're going to be really surprised. Now the first one is my tortilla wrap. All you need is a whole grain tortilla. You can use any brand you want but I look for one that's a little bit lower calorie. Then we're going to add two slices of turkey bacon and the reason I use turkey bacon is because it's so much lower calorie and lower fat than regular bacon and this one is even pre-cooked so it just heats up and it makes it easy. Last we're going to use one slice of string cheese. I use the low fat string cheese because I don't see any difference in the taste and there's a fairly good difference in the calories. This piece is only 60 calories. So you wrap it up like that and then we're just going to wrap it in a paper towel and place this in the microwave for about a minute. Okay that's going to be done in about a minute and while that's cooking let me show you a couple more. This is my breakfast parfait. All it is is Greek yogurt and a high fiber, high protein cereal. You just mix it together. Now if you get the vanilla flavored Greek yogurt you don't even have to add sweetener, super easy. And then lastly is my cottage cheese sundae. This is decadent. It's one of my favorite recipes. I use about a cup of 2% cottage cheese because that keeps the calories down but the protein is still really high. You use about a quarter a cup of rains. I sprinkle a little cinnamon on the top and then about a tablespoon of honey. It really tastes like something you shouldn't be eating. It's delicious. So there are those two and our tortilla wrap has only got five more seconds. That's how quick this is to make and three, two, one. Ow, I can already tell that this is done. It's steaming, smells delicious. Be really cautious when you open this up because right out of the microwave it's super hot. This turned out just perfect. So, what I like about this the best is you can just grab it and go into the car. So here we go, tortilla wrap, breakfast parfait and then the cottage cheese sundae, three super easy healthy protein packed breakfast ideas.
