Hi, I'm Jill Maria and I'm a Makeup Artist and Stylist at Salon 27. Today, we're going to be talking about how to prevent your face from being shiny during photography. The first thing that we're going to do is is we're going to take the oil absorbent tissue sheets that you can purchase. What you want to do is just take them and press them to the face which takes the oil out of the skin. Do the T-zone which is the forehead and down the nose and chin. Those are the main areas. This just prepares the face and takes the shine out before you apply any, any makeup. Okay. And then, we're going to take the powder and just apply it in strokes; mostly they're the same areas, but we're going to give the whole face a lot of coat. This is a bronzing powder. Okay, the same thing work under the eyes and on the lids, you can bring it down the neckline. Okay. And then, you want to take those oil absorb, oil absorbing sheets again and do the same thing; it won't take the makeup off, it'll just take the oil out. And that is how you prevent your face from being shiny during photography. I'm Jill Maria with Salon 27.
