Hi, I'm Mindy Black with Inner Beauty Skin Care. You know there are so many really fun, inexpensive concoctions that you can make right in your kitchen. My favorite one, that we're going to talk about for hydration, is a cottage cheese and olive oil mask. Let's get started. There are so many fun, easy concoctions you can make right in your own kitchen. I just love this, a homemade cottage cheese and olive oil mask, that we're going to whip up right now. Mix two tablespoons of each together, the cottage cheese and the olive oil, forming a chunky paste. Apply it evenly to your face, neck and chest and let it sit for about 20 minutes. I absolutely love the benefits of this, the homemade cottage cheese and olive oil mask for hydration, is one of my favorites. The cottage cheese is rich in selenium, which is nourishing an really anti-aging. The olive oil is a power food for your skin, olive oil helps to reduce clogged pores and is super hydrating. Your skin will be left sot, hydrated and glowing. You'll rinse with cool water and it could be a little bit messy. So, you might want to have a towel down, just to avoid extra spillage. And as always, don't forget to moisturize after any DIY homemade mask. I'm Mindy Black, thanks for watching.
